Recruitment fairs were organized on campus at three Indian universities. We invited graduates with bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees to participate in matchmaking interviews for positions in technology, research and development, information and software development, and other sciences.

Nine enterprises participated, including Hon Hai, UMC, Acer, and Li-Cheng Technology, offering 74 job vacancies and seeking more than 145 talents.

Three recruitment fairs were organized on campus at Vellore Institute of Technology, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, and Saveetha Engineering College. A total of 623 talents participated, with 623 meetings between enterprises and talents. 37,565 resumes were collected, and enterprises estimate that they will be making offers to 148 talents.
