The Scoring Criteria (Points System) is designed by the Ministry of Labor to attract specific international professionals/talents. The mechanism relaxes the requirements on work experience and salary allowing applicants to earn “points” through multiple different criteria. An applicant who scores above 70 points is considered eligible.
