Infringement Upon the Rights of the Website and/or Members: Infiltrating the Website and its systems to alter member information without obtaining prior permission or authorization, or without using the proper means. Any unauthorized access, changes, records, falsification, and use of information between the Website and its members.
    5. Unauthorized Use of the Website: To obtain information on any members from the Website under the pretense of seeking employment or talent, only to contact members via any means with information unrelated to the member’s needs or interests. Or to contact members via any means with information meant to mislead, promote or sell certain products or services, etc.
    6. We will revise or update this Policy if our practices change, or as we develop better ways to keep you informed about them. Please refer back to this page often for the latest information and the effective date of any changes. If we decide to change this Policy, we will post a new Policy on our website and change the date at the bottom Changes to the Policy shall not apply retroactively.
