In 2026, Contact TAIWAN held three One-on-One Employment Meetings in Hsinchu, Taipei, and Taichung, providing international students with opportunities to meet Taiwanese employers directly and explore career development in Taiwan.

Through face-to-face interviews, students were able to learn more about job openings, company expectations, industry needs, and potential career paths in Taiwan.

The events welcomed students from India, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and other countries. Across the three sessions, 86 companies and 243 students participated, completing 844 interviews. Participating companies included well-known enterprises such as Hon Hai, Pegatron, HIWIN, and Pegavision.

Students gained a clearer understanding of Taiwan’s job market and workplace environment, while companies were able to connect with potential international talent with diverse professional backgrounds.
