Indonesia is the largest economy in ASEAN, with a population of over 260 million—the highest in the region. The country offers a stable labor supply, a young and highly adaptable workforce, and strong openness toward new technologies and systems. In addition, its training pipeline for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and software talent has become increasingly mature, providing a strong potential pool to help meet the talent needs faced by Taiwanese enterprises. By engaging directly with students on campus, this initiative aims to support companies in recruiting high-potential professional talent, thereby advancing their internationalization efforts and strengthening Taiwan’s industrial development. 

From September 15 to 19, 2025, the Indonesia Talent Recruiting Mission visited Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and Telkom University to host on-campus recruitment activities. A total of 15 participating companies—including Walsin Lihwa, Star Comgistic Capital, HCP PUMP, Taiwan Hon Chuan Enterprise, Infinity Communication Tech. , Hu Lane Associate, and SPIL(Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd.)—joined the delegation, attracting approximately 250 students on site. During the event, 1,698 resumes were collected, and interactions between jobseekers and company representatives were highly active. Indonesian talent demonstrated strong interest in pursuing career opportunities in Taiwan, with an estimated 59 successful matches expected to follow.
