Campus recruitment fairs were held at San José State University and Columbia University, attracting a total of 1,585 job seekers and facilitating 2,339 interview sessions, with an estimated 156 successful matches. In addition, visits were made to Santa Clara University, the University of California, Santa Cruz, New York University, and Columbia University. Corporate presentations were held at Santa Clara University, UC Santa Cruz, and NYU, attracting a total of 200 attendees, generating 321 interview sessions, and an estimated 25 successful matches. The events featured strong engagement between companies and talent, aiming to foster direct connections with universities and students. Through these campus-level interactions, the goal is to help recruit skilled professionals to work in Taiwanese enterprises, thereby advancing Taiwan’s future economic development and industrial upgrading.
